Welcome to HomeWorkoutDB: a curated and categorised directory of the best home workout videos.
Hi, my name is Rick. For most of my adult years I've been training at different gyms. When we got quarantined early 2020, I bought some basic equipment to train at home and started searching for (home) workout videos on YouTube.
There's a huge amount of videos by great trainers that basically give you free training knowledge. I started collecting, categorizing and tagging the videos I liked, because I found it hard to browse them on YouTube for example by equipment or bodypart.
Because more people struggle to find the right videos for their home workouts, I decided to build this site and make it easy for everyone that's interested in working out at home to browse different videos by category. There's also a list of exercises with timestamps for each workout video, so you can easily jump to a specific exercise.
